Quality control:
(1) All the components supplier of proapne turkey fish fryers will be Inspected annually. Only the qualified suppliers can be our partner.
(2) Critical parts for proapne turkey fish fryers.Including hose and regulator, gas valve, burner, thermometer will be inspected 100% before next progress, when the other parts will be inspected randomly according to ISO 9001.
(3) We will test the finished proapne turkey fish fryers on assemble line by our professional employees. While the essential test will be operated in our Lab, include:Hydrostatict test, Color fastening test, Rain room test, Flow check, Leak check,Pressure test,Combustion test, BTU test,Hi pot tester, Drop test in random.
